Because most of the services and products that we provide to you are completed by hand especially for you we may not be able to cancel your order but if a mistake is made and you contact us quickly enough we will do our best to cancel your order.

We’ll do our best to produce your order to the quality you expect and in the time promised. If we don’t manage that then let us know by clicking here to contact us and we’ll do whatever we can to help.

By using our website and / or apps we ask you not to upload any images that are under copyright without the copyright holder’s permission in writing and do not attempt to upload any obscene or objectionable images or text.

At Diamond organic Drycleaner we exercise great care in processing your garments/items and use methods best suited to the nature and condition of each piece. We clean in accordance with the care label instructions.

Wecannot be liable for:
1. Any item that does not show cleaning instructions.
2. Any item which suffers colour loss/change of colour/shrinkage/damage whereby the manufacturer’s care label instructions have been adhered to.
3. Any accessory/trim attached to or contained within any item, because the care label instructions are generally compatible with the fabric of the garments, not the accessories/trims. Examples of accessories and trims are belts, buckles, buttons, broaches, beading, painted logos, leather trims, furs, signs and zips. An example of what can happen is that after a dry clean, the fabric can come out with no damage whatsoever, but the button material/coating may crack, fade, or stain the nearby fabric.
By agreeing to hand over such items to us, you, as a customer, agree that we clean such items entirely at your own risk and we shall not be liable to you for any damage.

STAIN REMOVAL

Customers are responsible to mention all stains when leaving garments with us. By leaving your stained items with us for cleaning, you confirm that you accept our terms and conditions and are allowing us to process the items under the customer’s risk knowing that results are not guaranteed. This means, in the event that the chosen method of processing damages your item we will not be held liable. We aim to remove all stains but in some cases this is not possible.
Much as we would dearly love to guarantee our customers the removal of all stains, we are unfortunately unable to do so. The chances of stain removal are reduced if any non-professional techniques have been applied, for example, the use of water or chemicals in an attempt to remove the stains. We treat problematic stains with great caution but, sometimes, to achieve results, we need to use harsher techniques and specialist chemicals. Should the need arise we will contact you before going ahead as stain removals can only be done at the customer’s own risk. We are not able to guarantee any results.

BULK SERVICE WASHING/LAUNDRY/BULK DRYING

This service does not include pre spotting and pressing and is processed under the customer’s risk only. All service washes are washed at the relevant temperature and tumble dried. It is the responsibility of the customer to check that garments can be cleaned and dried this way, Organic Dry Cleaner & laundry cannot be responsible for shrinkage or colour runs.

We take care of all of your garment care needs, however, we do not check washing label instructions for this service. We are careful with all items and are unable to accept any complaints or claims for colour fastness, shrinkage or missing items, as all items are not individually checked and counted, rather each order is put directly into the machines to avoid any misplacement. Please ensure your clothes are washable and tumble dryable.

REPAIRS & ALTERATIONS

Before going ahead with a repair or alteration for which you will be charged, we will check with you to confirm the price.

PRICING

Organic Dry Cleaner & laundry reserves the right to change prices at any time without any notice.

CLAIMS

Organic Dry Cleaner & laundry work professionally to ensure the very best processes and procedures are carried out at a high standard, so that all customers are satisfied with the service. However, as with all cleaners, accidents can occur.
We will not be liable for any item(s) not collected more than 3 months after dropping-off the item(s) with us.
In the event of damage or loss, we will provide the depreciated fair value of the item as set out by the Textile Services Association, only once the age, original value and proof of purchase from the customer is clearly established. We do not replace old for new, therefore, we need to establish the age and condition of the item prior to any compensation being paid out.
The value of the garment depends on the age of the item. In the unlikely event of damaging any items, Organic Dry Cleaner & laundry’ liability SHALL NOT EXCEED 10 (TEN) TIMES THE SERVICE CHARGE FOR CLEANING THE GARMENT, regardless of the brand or condition. Customers are only entitled to recover the value of the garment’s remaining life expectancy, and according to the DLI’s Fair Claims Guide, a shirt bought one year ago would only be worth a maximum of 40 percent of the replacement cost. Any claim settled by us will be on the condition that it is accepted by you as a full and final settlement.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU CHECK YOUR GARMENTS AT THE TIME OF COLLECTION. NO LIABILITY WILL BE ACCEPTED ONCE GARMENTS HAVE BEEN COLLECTED.
